WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?
Prior to shipment, all orders are subject to a handling time that typically lasts 1 to 3 days.
The majority of orders depart the warehouse right away after the items have been processed successfully.
You will then be informed when processing and shipping have been completed. The majority of the time, we ship from American warehouses.
If an order hasn't been packed and shipped, it can still be canceled. They cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
Please be certain to use the proper shipping address. HausHeaven is not liable for goods delivered to erroneous addresses given by the customer. In these circumstances, any additional shipping costs paid to ship to the right address will be the buyer's responsibility.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Please allow up to 5 to 7 days for delivery of specialty and promotional items because they may be shipping from abroad.
WHERE ARE MY PRODUCTS COMING FROM?
The majority of our products will be transported from our primary warehouse in the United States.
WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE IN ONE PACKAGE?
Sometimes, things will be sent in different packages for logistical reasons. When receiving deliveries, kindly bear this in mind. Contact us if you have any other inquiries.
DO YOU SHIP ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
We currently do NOT send orders outside the United States.
WHY CAN'T I FIND THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE AS I DO ON FACEBOOK ADVERTISING?
Our supporters continue to share and like such posts even after we cease running Facebook marketing. Due to the nature of Facebook's algorithm, we are powerless to halt this.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR "COMPARED TO" PRICES?
These prices come from either competitor research or our distributors.
